When asked what we could do to change the world, Mother Theresa
responded, "Go home. Go home and love your children."

conversations

While we were driving home from church tonight Emma and Myah were talking about how big God is. Here is what they said:

Myah: Emma, Jesus is bigger than EVERYONE "down here". And even in this car. Jesus is the
biggest.

Emma: Myah, do you think God is "down here"? He's not Myah. God is not "down here."
So, Myah who is the biggest "down here" now?

Myah: Daddy.

Emma: You never know, Myah. You never know.

I will have to do a follow-up conversation with Emma so she knows that, yes, in fact, God is "down here." :)

One more cute conversation with Emma:

Emma is procrastinating going to bed and asks me to come lay down with her for awhile because she has no one to talk to. I told her she could talk to Jesus. She smiled and said, "but, how come when I talk to Jesus, He just never talks back"? I told her He does talk back. He wrote us a very long letter and that's why mommy and daddy like to read the Bible. As she is headed off to bed, I hear her say, "God, so how many hairs are on my head?....God?.....HOW MANY HAIRS ARE ON MY HEAD"!?

I love the stories! They made me smile. I can't wait to have conversations with my little ones.
